Terms of Service
1. Customs, Duties and Taxes (DDU)
Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are borne by the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority. These charges are not included in the order price, and duties or import taxes that have already been paid are non-refundable.
2. Shipping
Shipping is calculated in real time by the carrier based on billable weight; the price shown at checkout is the final settlement price.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal. By placing an order in this store you accept these Terms of Service.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched 7–14 days after payment, depending on the carrier service level selected at checkout. Delivery may be affected by force majeure events (extreme weather, customs holds, carrier disruptions); where this happens we will notify you and dispatch as soon as possible.
5. Returns and Replacements (Quality Issues Only)
Returns and replacements are accepted for quality problems only — there is no no-reason return policy. Contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide photos or test evidence of the defect. Once the issue is confirmed as a quality problem: consumable items are replaced directly and the product does not need to be returned; for bulk or large-quantity orders, please email us to arrange the return.
Returns are not accepted for: items that have been used or installed, custom die-cut parts without a quality defect, or requests made more than 14 days after receipt.
6. Sales Model and Right of Withdrawal
Goods in this store are sold for business and industrial use. If you are a personal consumer and the law of your jurisdiction grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Orders that have already been shipped are handled under clause 5 (quality issues only).
7. Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount actually paid for the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or production downtime.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from an order shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to a competent court in the place where we are registered.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
