Information We Collect

We collect only the information required to process your order: name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. This information is used to create your account, fulfil and ship your order, and send you order notifications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Payments

All payments are processed by PayPal. When you pay, you are taken to PayPal's checkout and your card or account details go directly to PayPal — we never see or store your full card number. We receive only a payment confirmation and the transaction reference needed to reconcile your order.

Cookies and Analytics

This store uses cookies to keep your shopping cart and signed-in session working. These cookies are necessary for the store to function.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed, from which approximate region, and on what device type. We keep order and invoice records as long as applicable law requires — for example, five years for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept while your account is active. Analytics data is retained according to the standard retention settings of Google Analytics. Data that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

We will respond within a reasonable period and may verify your identity before acting on a request. If your jurisdiction grants additional statutory rights over personal data, we honour them as well.

Children
