About Siminkey
Siminkey is the trading name of Simin New Material Application Technology Shenzhen Co., Ltd., a converter of industrial adhesive materials established in Shenzhen in 2017. We supply finished tapes, foams, films and gaskets — sold by roll, sheet or piece — and cut them to the widths and lengths customers need, from single rolls to repeat production quantities. Materials we do not hold as stock we develop to the application. Parcels are dispatched from Shenzhen to 40 countries and regions, with carrier freight quoted before payment.
We are a converter, not a trading company

We buy raw material, then slit, rewind, laminate, back and die-cut it ourselves in our own plant in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The specification of every material we sell is defined by us before it is produced; the sheet or roll is manufactured to that specification by our manufacturing partner, and we convert it here.
This is what separates us from a reseller: we can answer for the material, the cut and the batch, because the conversion happens on our own lines and every batch leaves an inspection record.
All international customer contact, export handling and quality responsibility sit with us — from the first drawing you send to the last carton in the parcel.
Material we have converted is shipped to 40 countries and regions, slit and rewound to the sizes shown on each product page.
Materials developed for a specific application
The standard materials on this store cover a wide range of bonding, sealing, cushioning and shielding work. When none of them fits, that is the part of our work that is not on the shelf: we develop the material to the application instead of asking the application to fit the material.
It starts from your conditions, not from a catalogue number. What is being bonded or sealed, and to what substrate; the load it has to carry; the temperature range in service and during assembly; whether it will be outdoors, in water, in oil or in a sealed enclosure; whether it has to compress, recover, conduct heat, insulate or damp vibration; and what thickness and tolerance your assembly can accept.
From those conditions we define the material specification — compression stress, tensile properties, temperature resistance, cell structure, thickness and liner — together with our manufacturing partner, who produces the sheet or roll to it. We then convert it to your drawing: die cutting, lamination, adhesive backing, slitting and rewinding.
This is repeatable work rather than a one-off: once a specification and a drawing are fixed, we produce the same part against the same inspection record, so the second order matches the first.
Materials developed this way are used in electronics, automotive and appliance assemblies and in energy equipment. Send the application description or the drawing and we will tell you what we can do, what it would be made from, and how long it takes — cut-to-order sizes typically run 7 to 14 days.
What we make
Roll goods — tapes, foams and films, slit and rewound to the widths listed on each product page.
Sheet goods — laminates and foams cut to size (L × W), with or without adhesive backing, for flat applications or as blanks for a further process.
Die-cut parts — gaskets, pads and shaped parts cut from your drawing, supplied as parts rather than as material, so they arrive ready to assemble.
Roll-fed die-cut parts for automated pick-and-place

Some of the parts we make never leave the roll. We die-cut them onto a liner or carrier web, wind the web back up, and the customer's machine does the rest: a gripper or a vacuum nozzle picks each part off the web and places it, at a rate no operator can match.
This is the part of die-cutting where the drawing is only half the job. The part has to be cut to size, and it also has to sit in the same position on the web every time — the same position, the same orientation and the same release behaviour from the liner — because a machine picking parts all shift cannot go looking for one. A part that sits slightly out of position is a missed pick, and a missed pick stops the line.
So we treat the roll as part of the product rather than as packaging. Liner choice, winding tension and the way the material is wound are set together with the customer's equipment, and the layout of the parts on the web is fixed by the tooling rather than by the operator.
Parts supplied this way are used in electronics, appliance and automotive assemblies and in energy equipment — wherever an operator cannot keep up with the placement rate, or where the part is too small or too soft to be handled by hand without damage.
If your line takes parts from a roll, send the drawing together with the roll parameters your equipment requires, as listed in its manual, and tell us whether the line can tolerate a splice. We will confirm what can be wound to it before the order is taken, and the order is then scheduled on the 7 to 14 day lead time.
Sizes are cut, not fixed
Most items on this store can be cut to the size you need. The widths and lengths shown on each product page are the cuts we currently hold; other widths and lengths can be produced on request, and a size that is not held is still orderable — the page shows a lead time instead of a stock count.
A size that is not held is still orderable: the page shows a lead time of 7 to 14 days instead of a stock count, and the order goes through the same checkout.
If you are not sure which size is right, describe the application rather than the size. We would rather confirm the cut with you once than send material that has to be trimmed on arrival.
How quality is managed
Quality is managed to international ISO standards, evidenced by inspection records retained per batch: first-article report, dimensional inspection and batch traceability.
Incoming material is checked against the specification before it is converted; the first part of every run is inspected against your drawing before the run continues; and the batch record is kept so that a roll or a part shipped months ago can still be traced back to what it was made from.
Every roll and every part we ship can be traced back to its batch. If something does not match the drawing, tell us with a photograph and the batch we can identify — the record is what lets us find out why.
How we work with you
For a size we hold: choose the size on the product page, add it to the cart, enter the destination in the cart to see live carrier rates, then pay.
For a size we do not hold: send the width and length (or the drawing), and we confirm what can be cut and the lead time before you order.
For a part or a material that does not exist yet: describe the application, and we come back with the material specification and the conversion route before anything is quoted.
In all three cases the sequence is the same — specification first, then a confirmed size or drawing, then production against that document.
Shipping
Parcels are dispatched from Shenzhen, China to 40 countries and regions — the same 40 destinations the rest of this page refers to. Freight is quoted live from UPS and FedEx by packed weight and destination — four UPS service levels and three FedEx levels, listed in ascending price order before you pay.
There is no free-shipping threshold and no minimum order quantity on the sizes listed: the price you see at checkout is the carrier rate for your postcode plus the goods, with no handling markup added on top.
Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient (DDU). Billing weight is the packed weight rounded up to the next 0.5kg, and a 0.1kg packaging allowance is already included in the figure you see.
If you need the exact parcel weight for a customs form or a forwarder, ask us and we will confirm it before dispatch.
After-sales
Consumables: report a quality issue with evidence within 14 days of receipt and we replace the product — it does not need to be returned. A photograph and the batch identification are usually enough for us to act.
For large batches, email us to arrange a return. Used or installed material is not covered, and claims are not accepted beyond the 14-day window.
Custom work
Die-cut parts, lamination, adhesive backing and non-standard sizes are engineered and quoted from your drawing or quantity. That side of our work is handled on our main site, siminkey.com.
A drawing does not have to be production-ready to start a conversation: a sketch with the critical dimensions, the material you have in mind and the quantity is enough for a first answer.

Frequently asked
Do you sell to individuals, or only to companies?
Both. This store is set up for single rolls and small quantities as well as bulk orders; there is no minimum order quantity on the sizes listed.
Can you cut a width or length that is not listed?
Yes. Most items can be cut to the width and length you need. Tell us the size and the application, and we will confirm what we can produce and the lead time.
Can you develop a material for a specific application?
Yes. Describe the conditions — what is being bonded or sealed, the substrate, the load, the temperature range and the environment — and we will define the material specification with you, have it produced to that specification, and convert it to your drawing.
What is the lead time for a size you do not keep in stock?
7 to 14 days for cut-to-order sizes. Those sizes can still be ordered on the product page; the lead time is shown instead of a stock count.
Where do you ship from, and who pays the duties?
From Shenzhen, China. Freight is quoted live by UPS and FedEx before payment; duties and taxes are paid by the recipient (DDU).
