7105T is an ultra-thin transparent PET single-sided tape: a clear polyester film coated on one side with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and protected by a PET release liner, for a total thickness of 0.005 mm (4–5 μm). One face carries the adhesive and the other stays non-tacky, so the tape bonds a single surface as a protective and bonding layer that adds almost no height to the assembly. It is used for surface protection and encapsulation of electronic components and for protection during handling and transport, and it suits high-speed die-cutting and automated lamination. Specifications: transparent PET single-sided tape, total thickness 0.005 mm (4–5 μm), peel strength >400 g/in (GB/T 2792), release force 2–6 g/25mm at 23 °C / 65% RH.
